How a call goes
- Call in. Tell us the machine, the hose and where you are.
- Truck rolls. The service truck carries bulk hose, fittings and a crimper.
- Old hose comes off. The tech matches size, pressure rating, length and fitting ends.
- New hose is built and crimped on site, then installed and checked under pressure.
- Clean-up. You get the old hose back or it goes for disposal, your call.
